This team was incredible!  The crew was very professional, kind, courteous and efficient.  They would update us each day on their progress.  They eagerly answered all questions and concerns we had. Rapid restoration was on time with exceptional customer service during our time of need when water damage occurred after a storm. Shawn is a consummate professional and I cannot express in words how thankful I am for him and his crew! Sunday Morning I had no hot water, went downstairs to water over the top of my sneakers! The water heater was shooting water everywhere. I turned off the water supply and called the insurance company. They referred me to a restoration company, that didn't call back (until late that night). So after 2 hours I looked online and found RAPID RESTORE. I called them and received an immediate response. They were at my house in less than an hour , and had a team there cleaning up in less than 2 hours.  Shawn was the lead man and he arranged everything very quickly and efficiently.  He also kept checking back with both me and the crew to answer any questions, he was very reassuring to me that everything would be Ok. he called me at least once every day to let me know what was going on.
The crew that came knew exactly what they were doing. and had the water gone, dehumidifiers running and some items from the floor outside within a couple of hours. Brandon and Nick were quick and efficient in their setup work.
The next morning a crew of 6 persons arrived and began the process of removing all of the contents to a storage unit in the driveway. Brandon was the lead and explained everything as we went along. They separated good items from wet items. and packed everything as if it were their own. They worked 3 days and 2 storage trailers full. Brandon and the 2 Nicks were great ! They were efficient and clean as they worked.
Demo was next with them removing all of the damaged materials. Carpets came up, paneling came down insulation was removed and everything was vacuumed and sprayed with anti fungal spray and then all the studs were hand wiped to make sure all was covered in the solution.  All of the garbage was removed the same day.
This morning Shawn was at my door at 8:30 AM to meet the insurance adjuster and he took care of all the details. He had taken pictures of everything (something I forgot to do)
I could not have asked for a better response to my disaster than the team of experts I got at Rapid Restore. No offence, but I hope I never need their services again, but I am glad to know they will be there if I do need them again!
Rebuilding the basement  is my next step, and i will be speaking to them about this ASAP./

Super impressed with the quality and professionalism of the Rapid Restore team. Ronnie the owner made it a point to personally be at the first meeting and initial estimate but assured me that project manager Tyler would take good care of us. I was honestly very skeptical at first, but Tyler quickly erased any of those feelings. He was super attentive to details, responsive and always found a way to go above and beyond! Down to a final cleaning and extra little details. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who finds themselves needing a reliable contractor who was easy to work with, quick to respond, knowledgeable about working with insurance companies and honest and dependable. This company is superb!  The owner operator - Ronny is kind, gentle and handled everything from the first drop of water, worked with our insurance company and the adjuster to get our repairs completed.  His team is amazing, professional and sweet.  The dynamic duo of Brandon and Nico came with their team to take photos, and then pack up my entire house so the work could begin.  Tyler handled the whole project- coordinated all aspects from start to finish; demolition, Sheetrocking/spackling, painting, floor refinishing and now getting my house back together!  I can say thank you enough to this team of amazing young men! The professionalism, courtesy and kindness far exceeded all of my expectations!
